First Move is a trade name. It is not a registered business name and not a registered trademark. There is no entry in a commercial register.

You can reach us by e-mail at two addresses:
- human@mail.firstmove.energy: read and answered by a person. Use this address for privacy requests, for any legal request or notice, and for anything sensitive.
- agent@mail.firstmove.energy: answered by an AI system. Do not use this address for privacy or legal requests.
Messages to agent@mail.firstmove.energy are answered by an AI system, not by a person. Its replies may be wrong and are not legally binding statements. Send privacy and legal requests only to human@mail.firstmove.energy.
We tell you this so that you know when you are communicating with an AI system (Art. 50(1) of the EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). How we process e-mails, including the processing of messages to agent@mail.firstmove.energy by an AI service provider, is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG).
The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
Liability for links
First Move links to websites of third parties, for example to its source code on GitHub. The providers of those websites are responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We have no control over these websites and do not adopt their content as our own. If we learn that a linked page contains unlawful content, we will remove the link.
